Ship the item back using a trackable shipping method.

Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be processed within 3–7 business days.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item received was incorrect or defective.
Refunds

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item, notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
